Please review our clinic policies before your visit. If you have questions, don't hesitate to call us.
Appointment Policy
Traveling Tails Veterinary Clinic visits are by appointment only.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you are running late, call us at (210) 903-9379.
If your pet tends to get nervous or aggressive during visits, please notify the receptionist when scheduling.
Cancellation Policy
Our office has a strict 24-hour notice cancellation policy. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Payment Policy
Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. We do not offer payment plans or extended credit.
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cash, and CareCredit.
Surgery Deposit Policy
Deposits are required for surgical and specialty procedures:
- Ultrasound Procedure: $200
- Specialty Services (TSVS): $500
- Surgical/Anesthetic Procedures: $150
Deposits are non-refundable. Clients may reschedule up to three times within 90 days with 24-hour notice. Same-day cancellations result in forfeiture.
